Not expected to play tonight are Springs, Lenon, Hodel, Bruschi, Bussey, Watson, Warren & Wright.
Springs, Watson, Bruschi, and Warren all haven't practiced much so far. Watson and Warren are coming off the PUP, while Springs and Bruschi are probably being eased along due to their age. Paris Lenon, the MLB acquired via free agency from Detroit, will not suit up. Expect to see lots of Gary Guyton, Eric Alexander, former BC Eagle Vinny Ciurcui, and even converted safety Tank Williams manning the middle after Jerod Mayo exits the game. Not the best depth at MLB, further emphasizing the possibility of a 4-3 D. Nathan Hodel is battling for the LS job, so his absence is probably a case of him switching games with the rookie Jake Ingram.
