Adalius Thomas, Joey Galloway, Fred Taylor, Terrence Wheatley, James Sanders, Rich Ohrnberger, Matt Light and Ron Brace all inactive for today's game.
Thomas was not on the injury report so this is a bit of a surprise. The team will most likely show more four man fronts with a lack of depth at LB today.
Galloway is a healthy scratch again, and there have been some whispers of him possibly being moved before Tuesday's trade deadline.
Sanders was inactive last week with an arm injury suffered in the Baltimore game. Look for a lot of Brandon McGowan.
Matt Light was hurt last week in Denver. Rookie Sebastian Vollmer will fill as was highlighted in the game preview.
Ron Brace and Terrance Wheatley are clearly buried on the depth chart.
The Pats continue to keep Fred Taylor on the 53-man roster hoping he can make a late season return.
NOTES:
-It is snowing and very windy at Gillette.
-The Patriots and Titans are wearing their throwback uniforms this afternoon.
-The Patriots will look to connect on some big plays today against a vulnerable Titans secondary as they have yet to connect on a passing play of over 40 yards this season.
