Patriots Declare 4 Starters Inactive

The D-line continues to battle injuries.

The Patriots will be without defensive linemen Vince Wilfork (foot) and Ty Warren (ankle) for the game in Buffalo today. Furthermore, interior backup Myron Pryor (chest) is also out, so look for a lot of Mike Wright, Titus Adams (who was signed off the practice squad just over a week ago) and even lightly used second round pick Ron Brace. Stopping Buffalo's solid run game just got a whole lot tougher.

Offensive linemen Stephen Neal (ankle) and Nick Kazcur (shoulder) are also both out. Dan Connolly has filled in admirably for Neal of late and the Patriots have a great back up for Kazcur in Sebastian Vollmer.

Fred Taylor (ankle), who has recently returned to practice, will also sit out again. He said he is ready to go, but the Pats will baby him and let him get reacquainted with the offense over the last two weeks of the season.

UPDATE: WR Isaiah Stanback and CB Terence Wheatley are also out.
