Bruins Drop Another One to Senators
The Bruins have dropped four in a row and eight of their last ten.
After losing to the Senators on Monday 5-1, the B's had a chance to get some revenge against their division rival, but fell to the Sens 2-1. A second period goal by Daniel Paille (7) tied the game up, but the Sens quickly responded. Minutes later Jason Spezza scored on Tim Thomas on a shot that probably should have been saved. Despite outshooting the Sens 13-2 in the third period, the B's could not tie the game up.
The B's stay at 54 points and have now fallen to 7th in the conference and 3rd in the division (4 points behind second place Ottawa).
Next up is a game tomorrow against the lowly Carolina Hurricanes.
